If you have installed this type of alarm system, we will discount your primary or secondary residence policy premium. |
| Monitored Alarm |
Defined as: An alarm system which sends information to a CENTRAL STATION or MONITORING STATION. If you have installed this type of alarm system, we will discount your primary or secondary residence policy premium.

If your primary single family dwelling is equipped with a fire sprinkler system, we will discount your policy premium. |
| Water Leak Protection |
If you have a professionally installed water leak detection device installed in your residence, we will discount your policy premium.
